I Am Poem

 

 

I am from a loving and supportive family.

I am from a separated family, yet they are still whole in my life.

 

I am from morals and values.

I am from respect and hard work.

 

I am from a family who started with very little,

and in life they have earned so much.

 

I am from a family who values education,

though some of us succeed without a college education.

 

I am from a diverse family,

we may not always agree with one another,

but we will always love each other.

 

We work hard to succeed in our own lives.

Support and advice is always given.

 

I cherish my family and everything they have taught me.

Materials can never amount to the value of family.
